Shipping and Returns

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept returns on applicable merchandise provided they are received within fourteen (14) days of receipt in their original condition and packaging. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags still attached to be accepted for return. Damaged items will not be accepted for return and will be subsequently sent back to the customer. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping fee of $10.

The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

All final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT

1. Email livelysociety21@gmail.com with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #) and return address. 

2. Mark the outside of your package with the issued RMA #. This helps to identify your return once received at our warehouse.

3. Mail your return to the address provided with the RMA # (unauthorized returns will not be accepted)
